Your data, handled
with care

• Account data: your name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Content you provide: feedback, specifications, and related material you submit.
• Connected social accounts: when you connect an Instagram account, we store an access token and the messages and comments delivered to that account so you can read and respond to them inside SpeqForge.
• Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

We measure how our own website and app are used with Matomo, an analytics tool we host on our own servers. Your data is not shared with an advertising network and is never sold. We record the page visited, the referring site, and your approximate country, device and browser. Page addresses are stripped of identifiers before they are recorded, so a product or document you opened is counted as a screen rather than by name.

While you are signed in, these records are linked to your account by its internal identifier, so we can tell a returning customer from a new one. That identifier is meaningless outside SpeqForge and is not shared.

Cookies are set only if you allow them. Declining still counts your visit but stores nothing on your device, which means we cannot recognise you on a later one. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of data associated with a connected Instagram account at any time. See our data deletion page. Removing the app from Instagram also triggers deletion of the stored messages and comments for that account.
