Frequently asked questions

How much feedback do I need for a useful analysis?

As few as 20–30 items will produce a meaningful result, though themes become more distinct with 100 or more. There is no upper limit, and the analysis handles thousands of items in the same time.

What formats can I upload?

Plain text paste, CSV with any column structure, and direct integrations with Zendesk, Intercom, and Typeform. You can also copy-paste directly from a spreadsheet and it will parse the structure automatically.

Will it find themes I didn't expect?

Yes. SpeqForge does not use a predefined taxonomy. It reads the text and builds themes from scratch, which means it regularly surfaces patterns that weren't on your radar, including themes that explain churn or low NPS scores you hadn't traced to a root cause.

How is this different from searching or filtering feedback manually?

Manual search requires you to know what to look for. SpeqForge reads everything and tells you what patterns exist, including themes you wouldn't have thought to search for. It also weighs frequency against severity, and surfaces the most representative quote for each theme, which a filter cannot do.
