Agreement to terms
By accessing or using SpeqForge ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid account holders.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
- You may not share your account or use the service on behalf of others without a separate workspace.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use SpeqForge.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service beyond what is provided through the API.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
- Circumvent any rate limits, authentication, or usage controls.
- Use the service to build a competing product.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to SpeqForge, including feedback, specifications, and connected account data. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service (e.g., sending requests to AI providers).
Subscription and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with 30 days' notice.
- Credits are consumed when analysis features run. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was in error.
- Cancelling a subscription ends your access at the end of the current billing period.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. We will not knowingly remove features that paid subscribers rely on without adequate notice and a refund option.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SpeqForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpeqForge operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
